Ron LairdPresident

Ron's educational background is in Computer Systems Technology and his family background is in Ag-Retail.  Ron started working on a software solution for the family business in 1990.  After interest developed from other Ag-Retailers, Ron incorporated Tronia Systems in 1992 and the rest is history.  He has enjoyed working with customers and staff at Tronia ever since.

Anita MarghellaBusiness Development Coordinator

As of July 2010, Anita has shifted into the new role of Business Development Coordinator. She has been with Tronia Systems since June 2003 and up until recently, held the position of Senior Client Services Consultant. Completing her Business Administration Diploma from NAIT with a major in accounting, Anita then went on to begin her Bachelor of Management coursework and is presently still working on completing her degree part-time. Furthermore, Anita is presently working towards her Business Analysis Citation via the University of Alberta.

As a Business Development Coordinator,  Anita’s primary focus will be in a Business Analyst capacity acting as a liaison between Customers and our Development team. Her years of experience, industry knowledge, formal accounting background, as well as extensive understanding of Tronia’s legacy system (Edge), will greatly enhance her abilities to directly assist in the continued development of agre.  She will also assist in preliminary stage documentation for conversions and will also be involved in new sales, implementations, and marketing. Although Anita is moving away from a direct support role, she will still be working closely with clients and functioning as a partner for all new developments.

Pam RogersClient Service Consultant

Pam is the primary contact for Alberta, Ontario and U.S. She joins Tronia with over 20 years of Customer Sales and Service experience, primarily in Telecommunications service industry with expertise in data networks. She has a Business Administration Diploma from NAIT majoring in Marketing. Other work experience is Office Administrator for an HVAC company and Office Manager/HR Admin for an IT consulting firm. With her wealth of knowledge and experience, Pam is excited to embrace the Ag-Retail business and provide outstanding service and support to her customers.

Dee KlassenClient Service Consultant

Dee is our newest CSC but is not new to Tronia or most of our customers.  Since joining our team in January 2009, Dee has been developing customer relationships, learning about our business, industry, and of course working intimately in agrē.  She takes on the new role as the primary contact for our customers in British Columbia, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba.  Dee brings with her a wealth of knowledge and skills, having worked in a variety of industries.  She has successfully held positions as a Management Analyst, Credit/Collections Manager, Project Coordinator, Customer Service Representative and most recently our own Office Administrator.  With more than 20 years of exceptional customer service experience and 15 years of accounting experience – you can count on Dee to assist her customer with nothing but the highest level of support.

Debbie EwingClient Service Consultant

As the Senior Client Service Consultant, Debbie combines her Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) degree and three years of Education coursework at the University of Alberta with two decades of experience working for an international computer technology firm to provide Tier 2 support and documentation for agrē. Her years of experience with Tronia and working long hours at her family’s greenhouse have given her a good understanding of the Ag Retail industry and she uses her knowledge to support both customers and internal Tronia project teams. Debbie continues to improve the agrē training materials and user guide, writes release notes and white papers, and is editor of our company newsletter.
